The fine print, in plain words
What does “unlimited” actually mean?
No plan limit on sections, hotspots per section, or custom presets from Starter up. Like every serious app we keep a far-away technical hard cap purely against abuse — a real store will never see it.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing breaks silently. Your sections and settings are kept; features above your new plan simply stop rendering on the storefront (for example, Shop the Look and discounts pause below Growth) and resume the moment you upgrade again. Everything you already published stays live; on Free, creating new sections is capped at two.
How does the trial work?
Every paid plan starts with 7 free days through Shopify’s standard billing. Cancel within the trial and you pay nothing; there are no separate trial limitations — you get the full plan.
